2. Scope of these terms
The website provides information about Kairal, its products and related services, and lets visitors contact the team. These terms concern that public website.
Access to the Kairal platform, participation in the Design Partner Program, Enterprise services and commissioned reports are governed by the agreements applicable to those services. Those agreements specify the relevant commercial conditions, responsibilities and data-processing arrangements. These website terms do not amend or replace them.
3. Product information and illustrations
Product descriptions explain Kairal’s capabilities and intended use. The scope, availability and conditions of a particular deployment or service are confirmed through the applicable agreement.

Sending an inquiry, application or report request does not by itself conclude a service agreement, create a payment obligation, confirm acceptance into the Design Partner Program or authorise security testing.
