What the pilot looks like in practice.

How long is the pilot and what does it cost?

30 days, free, no credit card. You get the full Identity Intelligence Engine on one domain. We help you onboard in under 2 hours and review results with you in week 4.

Can I just use the free attack exposure report first?

Yes. The report is a no-credentials outside-in audit that runs in 3 days. Most teams use it to decide whether the pilot is worth their time. Get it from the Attack Report link in the nav.

How is pricing actually calculated?

Plans are priced on monthly request volume — the number of scored sessions across your protected endpoints. We bill on what runs through Kairal, not features or seats. Burst above your tier triggers an overage at €0.50 per 1K extra requests, not a hard cutoff.

Do you support PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIS2, DORA?

Yes. GDPR by design (no PII leaves the edge). PCI-DSS coverage on carding and ATO. NIS2 and DORA documentation included on Enterprise. DPA available on request for any plan.

What happens if I exceed my tier?

We notify you at 80% of your monthly allotment and again at 100%. Overage is metered and shown on your dashboard. You can upgrade at any time and the change is prorated.

Can I run on-prem or in my own VPC?

On Enterprise, yes — single-tenant cloud in the region of your choice, or full on-prem with our Kubernetes Helm chart. The standard plans run on our EU-hosted multi-tenant infrastructure.
